Dave and Thomas will be taking a break for a bitThanks to everyone who has offered support in our time of loss. We are blessed to be surrounded by such a loving, supportive community. If I can say any one thing beyond the gratitude expressed above, it would be to enjoy each day, each moment for the gift that it is.

I love you both very much and thank God for our family. It has been a trying few days and we still have much to process through, but watching our Thomas keeps our hearts full of love and gratitude. Thank you Dave for keeping this site going and for making "scrapbook" for Thomas to enjoy one day. You are an awesome husband and father, I love you.

Thank you, Dave and Traci for the amazing, resourceful, loving parents you are to my grandson Thomas. You are so loved, and at this sad time, held close in my heart as I share your sadness and pray that peace and comfort is coming closer each day. The expression "take life one day at a time" seems to have special meaning at times such as this.
Living in FL, several states away, I eagerly read, view and cherish your blog, as I recall the joy and silliness we've shared. I also love the time spent with Thomas' delightful, caring in-laws, whom I consider my 'peripheral' family.
